Haven’t left my house in days just eating resting and rotting for me from now on
Its been years, i mostly go out for groceries and fast food tbh.
Yeah, Gaming GTA V on my TV and movies on that and also gaming on PC
That’s been me for a while now.
I have to stop doing this though and become much more active as my brain nerves are all fucked up from it and probably from months being out of commission in the various hospitals and nursing home I was at making me feel like I’m going to pass out when I get up and walk around for a while now but especially in large department stores when I have to go grocery shopping.
So I’m deconditioned basically and possibly the only way out of this is once again to become more active as well sit up and stand up more during the day.
